Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a custodial worker to perform cleaning and maintenance across office, facility and plant areas. Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash disposal inside and outside, with attention to safety and OSHA standards.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years custodial experience and a high school diploma or GED. Candidates should be able to operate cleaning equipment safely, communicate well in English, and maintain a positive, professional relationship with

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to plan ahead and prioritize workload.
• Ability to operate equipment safely, effectively, and efficiently.
• Ability to use hand-tools such as leaf blowers, etc. as required for position.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of cleaning/maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash disposal in and outside the facility.
• Informs Supervisor of needed supplies.
• Maintains all cleaning solutions in accordance to OSHA requirements for hazardous chemicals.
• Removes trash from premises and assists in emergency cleaning.
• Maintains a safe and healthful work environment by practicing safe work habits and good housekeeping.
