Job summary

El Proyecto is seeking a full-time janitorial worker for Baldwin Park Community Clinic in Baldwin Park, CA. The role maintains cleanliness of patient rooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas; you will sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, wash windows, dust and wax furniture, and secure the facility at night.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 0-1 year related experience, ability to communicate professionally, and willingness to provide vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Empty trash cans and place trash in the dumpster.
• Wash the interior of the windows.
• Dust and wax furniture.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock paper goods.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when items are needed.
• Close the facility at night and set security alarms as appropriate.
• Perform minor building maintenance.
• Notify the supervisor of building repairs that are needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
