Job summary

Neovia Logistics is seeking a diligent janitorial worker to maintain clean and orderly facilities in Grand Rapids, MI. Duties include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom service, window cleaning, dusting, and minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems as needed.

As part of the team you will follow established cleaning procedures, operate cleaning equipment safely, and help prepare facilities for events.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks promptly.
• Basic communication skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash and service restrooms.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and furniture; dust surfaces.
• Move and arrange furniture and supply rooms for events.
• Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors as needed.
• Report repairs or safety hazards to management.
• Monitor cleanliness and maintain orderly, safe areas.
