Job summary

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms and offices, operating floor care equipment, outdoor tasks, reporting facility improvements, and helping train new staff while ensuring GMP standards and occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral work instructions in English (safety, quality, GMP).
• At least 1 year of applicable job experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe facility through custodial tasks and basic maintenance.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, lunchrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Operate floor care equipment (mop, vacuum, buff, scrub).
• Perform outdoor tasks (trash pickup, snow removal, salting).
• Identify and report facility improvement needs and contact vendors as needed.
• Train new custodial staff and support team operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and fill in for teammates as needed.
