Carteret Management Corporation seeks a Facilities Cleaning & Maintenance Assistant for NEW TRAIL PLAZA, a brand new apartment community in Sarasota, FL. The role covers custodial, grounds keeping and light maintenance to ensure high resident satisfaction.

The position is full-time with a competitive salary and strong benefits including PTO, low-premium health plans, free disability coverage, and a 401K with company match.

Formación

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to perform general custodial duties.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to operate machinery and tools such as hand tools, pressure washer, and blower.
• Ability to work cooperatively with on-site staff, vendors, and residents.

Responsabilidades

• Work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
• Perform such functions as clearing debris from grounds, cleaning office and common areas.
• Assist in the preparation of market ready units.
• Light maintenance tasks i.e. changing light bulbs, air filters, clear clogs, etc.
• Perform other general janitorial and basic maintenance duties as assigned.

Description

Carteret Management Corporation is seeking to fill a Facilities Cleaning & Maintenance Assistant role responsible for the custodial, grounds keeping and light maintenance of NEW TRAIL PLAZA a BRAND NEW apartment community located in Sarasota, FL. This position offers full-time employment at a competitive salary with a strong benefit package including:
