Qualifications

• Ability to operate machinery and equipment (e.g., hand tools, pressure washer, hand blower).

Carteret Management Corporation is seeking to fill a Facilities Cleaning & Maintenance Assistant role responsible for the custodial, grounds keeping and light maintenance of a NEWER apartment community located in Lakeland. This position offers full-time employment at a competitive salary with a strong benefit package including:
