Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a Facilities Cleaning & Maintenance Assistant to maintain a new apartment community in Saint Petersburg, FL. The role includes custodial tasks, groundskeeping, and light maintenance as part of a full-time position with a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, preparing market-ready units, and ensuring a clean, safe environment for residents while working with on-site staff and vendors.

Qualifications

Carteret Management Corporation is seeking to fill a Facilities Cleaning & Maintenance Assistant role responsible for the custodial, grounds keeping and light maintenance of a new apartment community located in Saint Peterburg, FL. This position offers full-time employment at a competitive salary with a strong benefit package including:
