Job summary

A community service organization in Florida is seeking a Housekeeper to ensure the cleanliness of the facility. The role includes supervising clients during their assigned duties, maintaining cleaning supplies, and performing general cleaning tasks. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and are physically capable of lifting 25 to 30 pounds. Experience in cleaning is preferred. First Aid certification is required within the probation period. Excellent working conditions are provided.

Qualifications

• Physically able to push equipment used in housekeeping for extended periods.
• Standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods required.
• First Aid / CPR / AED certification to be completed within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of rooms, common areas, hallways, and stairwells.
• Supervise clients as they perform assigned cleaning duties.
• Document and ensure cleaning supplies are available and stored correctly.
• Perform general cleaning duties across the facility.

Skills

Ability to lift 25 to 30 pounds

Physically able to clean and oversee clients

Ability to stand for long periods

Previous cleaning experience
