Job summary

ABM is seeking a Lead to ensure facility operations follow policies and procedures at a site in Washington. The role involves coordinating daily operations, delegating tasks, supervising staff, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of supervisory or lead experience, customer service background, and a valid driver’s license. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package and values military veterans.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance
• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• Maintain open communication between field employees and management
• Assist with daily/weekly work schedules
• Oversee cleaning operations in assigned building
• Manage keys and access cards for the property
• Report damaged items and out-of-service equipment
• Oversee and perform additional service requests in the building
• Ensure quality of work and confirm completion with Area Manager
• Train new hires per onboarding procedures
• Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
