Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to oversee facility operations at our Bremerton location. You will delegate daily tasks, supervise the team when the Manager is away, and ensure cleaning standards and safety compliance across the site for workers and customers.

This full-time role requires leadership, responsibility for training new hires, coordinating schedules, managing access and equipment, and maintaining timely communication with management and clients.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards; report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication between field employees and management.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Handle keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged, broken and out-of-work features/items.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests (tag job).
• Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with Area Manager.
• Provide training for all new hires per onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
