ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations, delegate daily tasks, and guide teams when the Manager is unavailable. The role focuses on maintaining clean, safe buildings with adherence to policies and procedures, involving routine use of specialized equipment and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high-quality service across assigned sites.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• 1 year of similar work experience preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s license preferred

Responsabilités

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication between field staff and management.
• Assist with daily and weekly work schedules.
• Oversee cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Ensure keys and access cards are managed securely.
• Report damaged or out-of-work items promptly.
• Oversee additional service requests and verify completion with Area Manager.
