Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Floor maintenance – sweep, mop, scrub, wax and polish floor surfaces.
• Restroom maintenance – clean, disinfect, deodorize, and replenish consumables.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and related solutions.
• Wash windows, walls, partitions, vents, grills, pipes, etc.
• Move furniture, boxes or other obstacles to complete cleaning tasks.
• Move trash and other material to collection points.
• Dust, wax, and polish office furniture; empty waste baskets.
• Maintain/organize janitorial supply closets.
• Clean industrial machines, tolling, mirrors, and fans.
• Light outdoor work related to facility cleanliness.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
