Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering great customer service. You will maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and uphold Life Time standards of presentation.

Responsibilities include daily upkeep of indoor/outdoor areas, towel handling, locker room appearance, and assisting members with questions about Life Time products and policies.

Qualifications

Must have strong customer service orientation.
Ability to follow Life Time’s cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
Ensures usage of locker room consumables and cleaning products follow budget.
Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
