Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment and deliver friendly customer service. You will keep the facility spotless, stocked with supplies, and aligned with Life Time's standards of presentation.

Responsibilities include daily maintenance, towel services, locker room upkeep, and addressing member questions about Life Time products, services, policies and procedures, ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience for all members.

Qualifications

• Must be able to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
