Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to help keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering friendly customer service. The role ensures the facility and locker rooms meet Life Time’s standards of presentation and readiness.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning tasks, stocking towels, managing supplies within budget limits, and answering member questions about Life Time products and services. This is a hands-on, customer-focused position in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
