Responsibilities

• Cleans production facility floors using floor cleaning equipment and dust mops.
• Maintains cleanliness of maintenance cage, floors, and surrounding areas.
• Cleans up spills and handles minor emergency cleaning duties as needed.
• Washes windows inside and outside; removes cobwebs around entryways.
• Assists in setup and arrangement of tables and chairs for events and meetings.
• Supports custodial staff when others are absent by emptying trash bins and cleaning bathrooms and dining areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Your responsibilities

Summary:

As part of the custodial staff, is responsible for keeping production floors clean and free of oil, maintaining and cleaning of the maintenance cage to include the floors, machinery, refrigerator and upstairs office area. Maintains cleanliness of parking lots, back of the plant, outside of Technical Center to include emptying of all outside trash receptacles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleans production facility floors using Zamboni, floor scrubber and dust mop.
• Cleans maintenance cage equipment and floors to eliminate unwanted debris.
• Cleans up emergency spills and handles minor emergency cleaning duties when observed and or requested.
• Washes outside and inside windows in the plant. Uses broom to remove cobwebs above windows and outside entry ways into the plant.
• Assists in the set-up, arranges tables and chairs in preparation for events and meetings.
• Supports the custodial staff when members are absent by filling in to empty trash bins and clean bathrooms and dining areas.
• Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
