Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Facilities Technical Specialist to oversee repairs, maintenance, and operations for licensed pharmacies. You will proactively maximize uptime for clean rooms across the national portfolio and communicate with stakeholders to minimize patient care risk.

You will manage CMMS work orders and coordinate with vendors, engineering, and pharmacy teams. The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, vendor management experience, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 5 years of facility management experience or related positions.
• Experience managing vendors and overseeing performance.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reactive and proactive maintenance visits from vendors.
• Track and update work orders in CMMS.
• Find and evaluate new service providers as needed.
• Validate assessments from external vendors for reactive work orders.
• Assist engineering with mechanical improvements and retrofits.
• Procure clean room fixtures, furniture & equipment.
• Review and approve facilities invoices.
• Serve as remote point of contact for pharmacy team nationwide.
• Review preventative maintenance reports and take action.
• Manage service contracts and budget for clean room spend.
• Recommend design modifications; oversee clean room remediation projects.
