Job summary

Remedy is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to supervise the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a GMP-compliant compounding pharmacy facility. You will manage critical building systems, support an upcoming expansion, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in both production and construction environments.

You will lead commissioning, IQ/OQ sequencing, and certification testing, and develop SOPs governing the facility for years.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing facilities or engineering in a regulated environment.
• Cleanroom certification experience (797 or ISO 14644).
• Startup, expansion, or major cleanroom renovation experience.
• Experience with BMS/EMS and continuous monitoring.
• SOP authorship and change-control experience.
• Regulator interactions experience.
• CETA CNBT RCCP-SCF certification in good standing.
• IFMA CFM or SMRP

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of the current compounding pharmacy facility.
• Own the commissioning plan and IQ/OQ sequencing; drive closure of findings.
• Write SOPs for monitoring, pressure verification, filtration, and excursions.
• Build the CMMS, asset register, and spare-parts inventory before go-live.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams; ensure safety and compliance.
