Job summary

City of Peoria is seeking a Facilities Project Manager in the Public Works Department to coordinate and deliver facility projects with Architects and vendors. The role includes on-call duties during nights and weekends and ensuring project scope, schedules, and quality control are met.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's or Associate degree with related experience or an equivalent combination of education and training (minimum 5 years). Valid AZ driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing project design activities from onset to completion, including scope, design, review, coordination of workflow, vendor evaluation and selection, schedules, deliverables, and quality control.
• Preparing and executing Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) and Facilities Operational Projects.
• Managing project budgets, expenditures, and changes to contracts.
• Completing analyses.
• Estimating budgets.
• Completing related technical assignments.
