Job summary

FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc. is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical, in a 24/7 MEMS manufacturing environment in Santa Clara, CA.

You will audit chemical inventory, manage hazardous waste, support production, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure up-time and regulatory compliance. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Technical background in facilities operations.
• Must be organized and able to communicate effectively with others.
• Experience in HVAC preventative maintenance and balancing.
• Ability to manage projects.
• Plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to interact with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule and perform Preventative Maintenance across multiple facilities.
• Assure maximum equipment uptime (7x24) of facility systems including HVAC and clean rooms.
• Use CMMS to plan and track PM activities and coordinate workload.
• Audit chemical inventory and manage hazardous waste movement and disposal.
• Label, store and dispose chemical and waste containers per regulations.
• Maintain safety, EH&S records and respond to equipment malfunctions.
