Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking an experienced procurement professional to optimize spend within the Facilities category in the United States.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to define category strategy and drive savings through supplier negotiations and performance management. Responsibilities include understanding stakeholder needs, coordinating with engineering and facilities teams to meet delivery and inventory targets, and leading RFP/RFQ processes while delivering market

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or Industrial Engineering
• 3-5 years of procurement experience, Facilities focus
• Strong analytical/negotiation skills and supplier management experience
• Familiarity with SAP or Oracle as MRP system
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Understand needs and requirements of internal stakeholders on spend for a category
• Partner with stakeholders to define category strategy and leverage spend
• Coordinate with global engineering, facilities to meet delivery, cost, and inventory targets
• Develop and manage supplier relationships, metrics and performance
• Lead supplier negotiations including RFP/RFQ and contract management
• Provide market intelligence and identify cost-saving opportunities
