Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Renovate structures from verbal instructions or blueprints.
• Measure, layout, and plan concrete and framing.
• Read job specs and determine material quantities.
• Install drywall, textures, and paint.
• Build cabinets and furniture; install stairs and fixtures.
• Ensure work meets building codes and secures permits.
