Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of work-related experience preferred.
• One year of work experience can substitute for training or vice versa.
• Must pass a security clearance check and have a clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Builds and repairs wood structures or parts; cuts and assembles framework or drywall components.
• Repairs locks, doors, furniture, floors, windows.
• Installs signs, pictures, plaques; makes keys.
• Installs and repairs baseboards, trim, doors, ceilings, tiles, blocks and bricks.
• Builds custom items for specific needs like counters, bookcases, gun lockers, files and shelves.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
