The role supports residents, guests, and staff by upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety across common areas.

Responsibilities include cleaning, reports, inventory, safety compliance, and on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior janitorial experience or related field preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Clean and maintain appliances and plumbing.
• Empties and sanitizes trash cans; sweeps and mops floors.
• Performs safety checks and assists with on-call emergencies.
• Assist with inventory of janitorial supplies and equipment.
