Pilot Company is seeking a Facilities/Service team member to maintain the cleanliness of the store and support guest comfort at multiple travel centers. You will assist with showers, restrooms, towels, and general maintenance to keep facilities in top condition.

The role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and work nights, days, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule; weekly pay and competitive benefits are offered as part of a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
