Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years in building maintenance and facilities management.
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and volunteers.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, functional, and clean facility via staff and vendors.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and security efforts.
• Manage building use, scheduling, and access control.
• Lead facility changes and future renovations with leadership.
• Maintain budgets and sign off on contracts and warranties.
• Ensure signage, assets, and safety compliance across the site.
