Qualifications

• Valid Ohio driver license may be required; able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Repair kitchen equipment, ovens and dish machines; service building systems.
• Troubleshoot, calibrate and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and utilities equipment.
• Respond to emergencies; document actions; communicate with customers and team.
• Follow safety practices; operate department vehicles; support other trades if needed.
• Ensure indoor air quality and a safe, clean workspace.
