Qualifications

• At least two years of training or three years of work experience in related trade.
• Experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry, and painting is required.
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency conditions.
• Conduct regular inspections of apartments and report issues.
• Review and complete incoming maintenance requests based on priority.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building systems.
