Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a public or commercial setting preferred.
• Experience with school district maintenance policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, assign, oversee and inspect custodial staff.
• Recommend procurement of cleaning and maintenance supplies per district policies.
• Coordinate daily tasks and shift coverage for custodians.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of classrooms, floors, restrooms and windows.
