Job summary

Minimum five years in operations with plant operating techniques is preferred; high school diploma required with trade training desirable. Ongoing safety and documentation duties are part of the role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, boilers, emergency generators, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Support installation and maintenance of new equipment and troubleshoot issues with materials and methods.
• Maintain documentation of work performed, including labor hours and materials used in work order systems.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory standards while operating tools and equipment.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to support smooth operations and improvements.
