Responsibilities

• Handle basic plumbing and minor electrical tasks.
• Maintain lot appearance: landscaping, trash collection, seasonal upkeep like snow removal or power washing.
• Conduct light maintenance on dealership inventory: check tire pressure, fluids, cleaning.
• Inspect fire alarms and emergency exits to meet safety standards.
• Identify issues and coordinate visits with licensed contractors.
