Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Attendant to maintain clean, sanitary facilities and deliver excellent service to travelers. You will support a welcoming environment across our travel centers, ensuring safety protocols are followed and guest needs are met with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service.
• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide our guests with a clean, sanitary environment.
• Know and follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures; alert to and report potentially unsafe situations; take corrective action when necessary.
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely.
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment.
