TravelCenters of America is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Attendant to help maintain our travel centers in a clean, safe, and welcoming condition for travelers. You’ll help keep the store, restrooms, and facilities looking their best while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service.
• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide a clean, sanitary environment for guests.
• Know and follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures; report unsafe situations.
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely.
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
