Accountable for preventative maintenance of all Live! Casino and Hotel facilities, property, and equipment.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities of the Live! Casino and Hotel property.
• Knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators.
• Painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property.
• Preventative maintenance as scheduled on all equipment.
• Responsible to ensure the proper maintenance and repair of the Live! Casino and Hotel facility, ensuring the safety and security of all guests and team members.
• Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts.
• Operate all types of hand tools, power tools, and machinery that relate to the function of a maintenance shop, including chemicals used in maintenance, ladders, bucket truck, forklift, and safety equipment.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude; complete knowledge of all facilities and entertainment available to guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some technical school training and certification is preferred.
• Two (2) plus years’ experience in maintenance in a commercial facility; valid driver’s license may be necessary.
• You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such an environment.
• Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.
