Job summary

APM Terminals seeks a Facilities Associate to support Balboa terminal operations in a dynamic, international environment. You will compile logistics reports, perform supplier inspections, and help drive continuous improvements in administrative and maintenance coordination.

Ideal candidates bring a technician or related degree, 1–2 years of relevant experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong Microsoft Office skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with administrative roles or maintenance coordination is preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Principal Accountabilities
  • Compile logistics reports based on submitted requests.
  • Conduct weekly inspections of the terminal’s suppliers.
  • Submit reports (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) on ongoing projects or tasks and their progress.
  • Efficiently manage common areas.
We expect you to have
  • Certified technician or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative roles or infrastructure maintenance coordination. (preferred).
  • Microsoft Office package know
  • Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Continuous improvement and process-driven mindset, Lean is a differential
  • Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication
