PeopleCert, a global leader in assessment and certification, is seeking a proactive Facilities Associate to join the Procurement & Facilities team in Kentucky. You will support daily operation of office facilities, coordinate maintenance, and assist with moves and workplace configurations.

PeopleCert is currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Associate to join our Procurement & Facilities team. The Facilities Associate supports the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s facilities by coordinating maintenance activities, workplace services, office moves, and day‑to‑day operational requirements. The role contributes to maintaining a safe, functional, and well‑organized working environment through effective follow‑up with vendors, internal stakeholders, and service providers, while also supporting workplace projects and sustainability initiatives.
