The Facilities Administrative Assistant is responsible for the day to day operations of the dept. on a daily, routine basis. The Facilities Administrative Assistant works with the department director/manager, administrative team members and department heads to ensure compliance with goals and objectives established by the hospital corporation. Communicate effectively, in writing, verbally, and via telephone, with all levels of personnel and visitors. Input and retrieve computerized data.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $24.66 to $28.12. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
