Job summary

San Dimas Community Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Facilities/Maintenance professional to keep equipment logs and ensure safety on a busy hospital campus. Responsibilities include repairing mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant systems, and medical gas infrastructure.

Occasional driving may be required for company business. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, up to one year of healthcare experience, and the ability to read schematics or blueprints.

Qualifications

• Able to troubleshoot, read schematics and blueprints.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 1 year healthcare experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain logs for all equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
• Repair and maintain equipment including mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems.
• Drive as needed for company business.

Responsibilities

Maintains accurate logs on all equipment in hospital and provides for a safe working environment. Also maintain and repair equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems. Driving as needed for company business.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• 1. Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blueprints.
• 2. Valid current state driver’s license.
• 3. One (1) year of healthcare experience, preferred.
• 4. High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.00 to $27.24.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
