Job summary

The Green Bay Packers are seeking a part-time Facilities Assistant to support the maintenance shop across Lambeau Field and related properties. The role involves assisting with repairs, woodworking projects, and cleaning tasks, with a flexible schedule around home games and stadium events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Maintenance experience or training in building upkeep preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of power tools and equipment.
• On-site forklift and aerial lift licenses must be obtained or possessed.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist facilities department with repairs of the facility and various projects.
• Assist with woodworking projects.
• Assist with beer line cleaning and general upkeep.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, scissors lifts, pressure washers, and power tools as needed.
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks and inventory of shop supplies.
• Monitor tools checked out and ensure proper return; check ladders and cords.
• Assist with snow removal and game day preparations.
• Support electrical, HVAC, and plumbing staff on projects.
• Scrub concourses and carpet areas as directed.

Job description

JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB SUMMARY

Primary job duties include assisting Facilities with maintenance, woodworking projects, and carpet scrubbing.

Other duties will be assigned based on the greatest need of any given day. This includes Lambeau Field, Titletown and other Green Bay Packers properties.

Typical schedule will average approximately 24 hours per week and will include some home games and large stadium events.

Flexibility to work nights and weekends for those events is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist facilities department with repairs of the facility and various projects. Assist with woodworking projects. Assist with beer line cleaning. Operate equipment such as forklifts, scissors lifts, pressure washers, and power tools as needed. Assist with preventative maintenance tasks. Keep the shop always looking professional per the direction of the supervisor. Maintain inventory of shop supplies and pick up parts as needed. Monitor all tools that are checked out and ensure proper return. Check and maintain all tools, ladders, and extension cords. Assist with snow removal. Assist with game day preparations. Work all home game and event days as needed. Assist with various projects as directed by the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing staff as needed. Assist with scrubbing concourses and carpet scrubbing.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Schooling or job experience in many aspects of maintenance required.

Must have working knowledge of power tools and equipment. Must possess or be willing to obtain forklift and aerial lift license on site. Valid Wisconsin drivers' license required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Ability to meet physical demands including walking, bending, utilizing ladders, and lifting 50 pounds. Must be organized and hardworking. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or as a team member. Operates in a professional environment.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
