Job summary

Green Bay Packers is seeking a part-time Facilities Aide to clean the exterior of the stadium, pick up litter, empty cans, and pressure wash as needed. Average 16 hours per week, outdoors in all weather.

You will perform grounds and building cleanup, snow removal, and assist with game day preparations, with a rotating schedule and no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be detail oriented and organized.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or as a team member.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Pick up litter in parking lot and around building using broom, blower, etc.
• Empty waste and recycling cans in parking lot and around building.
• Clean tops of waste and recycle cans.
• Remove gum from concrete.
• Remove snow with shovels, snow blowers, or carts with plows.
• Operate ride-on sweeper and scrubber for concrete cleaning.
• Operate power equipment like pressure washers and hand/tools as needed.
• Assist with maintenance and repairs of the facility.
• Assist with carpet scrubbing, floor buffing, and waxing.
• Assist Facilities with various tasks and projects.
• Assist with game day preparations.
• Rotating schedule: 3 on, 9 off; 2 on, 3 off; 2 on, 2 off (every 3 weeks).
• Work every third weekend and home game/event days in rotation.

JOB SUMMARY:

Primary job duties involve cleaning up the exterior of the stadium, including picking up litter, emptying garbage cans, and pressure washing. Other Facilities related duties will be assigned as needed. Part-time averaging approximately 16 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick up litter in parking lot and around building using broom, blower, etc.
• Empty waste and recycling cans in parking lot and around building.
• Clean tops of waste and recycle cans.
• Remove gum from concrete.
• Remove snow using shovels, snow blowers, or carts with plows as needed.
• Operate ride-on sweeper and scrubber to clean concrete.
• Operate power equipment such as pressure washers, hand and/or power tools as needed.
• Assist with maintenance and repairs of the facility as needed.
• Assist with carpet scrubbing, floor buffing, and floor waxing as needed.
• Assist Facilities department with other various tasks and projects as needed.
• Assist with game day preparations.
• Ability to work unique rotating schedule (3 on, 9 off, 2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off, repeating every 3 weeks).
• Ability to work every third weekend and any home game/event days that fall in rotation.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Operates in a professional environment.

SUPERVISES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

SUPERVISED BY: Facilities Manager

TRAVEL: No regular travel is expected for this position.
