The Kansas City Chiefs are seeking a Seasonal Environmental Cleaner for the Upper Level at Arrowhead Stadium. You will maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, floors, break rooms, concourses, seating areas, and other gameday facilities, handling a variety of cleaning tasks throughout your shift.

Typical hours run from 7:45 am to 3:30 pm on weekdays, with duties that may vary. A professional appearance is required, and you must be able to pass a background check and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Restrooms: cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors; replenishes supplies; polishes metalwork.
• Floors: sweeps, mops, vacuums; may scrub, wax and polish.
• Break rooms/kitchenettes: cleans sinks, tables, chairs, refrigerators.
• Concourse and spirals: power washing, scrubbing, hosing, squeegeeing.
• Seating bowl: clean seating areas by sweeping, hosing or spraying water.
• Dust: dusts furniture and equipment.
• Furniture: clean/disinfect gameday tables and chairs.
• Trash: empties wastebaskets and recyclables; relines.
• Professional Appearance: maintain a professional look.

Position Profile: Seasonal Environmental Cleaner - Upper Level
Department: Stadium Services
Reports to: Stadium Services Supervisor
Wages: $23.37/hr

JOB SUMMARY

Environmental Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the cleanness of Arrowhead Stadium and surrounding grounds by performing various cleaning duties. Duties and hours will vary. A standard weekday work shift is from 7:45 am - 3:30 pm. A cleaner may be responsible for any or all of the following tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• 1. Restrooms: Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc. Replenishes bathroom supplies. Polishes metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings.
• 2. Floors: Sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners. Other floor work may be required such as: scrubbing, waxing and polishing floors.
• 3. Break rooms / Kitchenettes: Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc.
• 4. Concourse and Spirals: maintains cleanliness by power washing, scrubbing, hosing, squeegeeing
• 5. Seating Bowl: maintains cleanliness of seating bowl and seats by sweeping, hosing or spraying water
• 6. Dust: Dusts furniture, equipment, partitions, etc.
• 7. Furniture: cleans and disinfects gameday furniture such as tables and chairs
• 8. Trash: Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports to disposal area; reline.
• 9. Professional Appearance: All applicants must maintain a professional appearance.
