Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking a Facilities Assistant to maintain a clean, safe environment and support the facilities team. You will help with repairs, groundskeeping, and fleet upkeep to support daily operations.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3 years of maintenance or repair experience. You will collaborate with facility leadership and contractors while following safety standards and state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 3 years’ experience in general maintenance or repair work.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repairs of facility, grounds, and equipment.
• Ensures HVAC and heating systems are functional, and filters are changed regularly.
• Mow, weed, and perform general landscaping; keep areas clean and orderly.
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting as needed without permits.
• Assist in ordering maintenance supplies and maintain storage rooms.
• Assist in light housekeeping duties.
• Serve as liaison for contractors, vendors, and suppliers to Facilities Manager and Executive Director.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and state/federal/accreditation statutes.
• Maintain facility vehicles, including oil changes, rotations, inspections, tags, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by Facilities Manager or Executive Director.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 3 years’ experience in general maintenance or repair person work

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repairs of facility, grounds, and equipment.

• Performs a variety of work in the maintenance of the grounds and keeps in clean, orderly manner, including mowing, weeding, and general landscaping.
• Performs minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting as needed that does not require a permit or license.

• Assists in light housekeeping duties.
• Serves as liaison for contractors, vendors, and suppliers to Facilities Manager and Executive Director.
• Abides by all health and safety guidelines and policies of program and state, federal and accreditation statutes.
• Maintenance of facility vehicle(s), including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, tags, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by Facilities Manager or Executive Director.
