Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of facility real property lifecycle management practices and asset documentation workflows.
• Ability to interpret facility asset information, field conditions, and planning inputs for structured documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with Public Works and installation stakeholders for asset documentation, verification, or planning.
• Experience using facility or asset management tools such as Excel, GIS platforms, data visualization dashboards, or SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support installation asset management by evaluating real property portfolios for alignment with standards.
• Maintain real property asset inventories and integrate updated field information into enterprise systems.
• Coordinate with Public Works and planning/engineering teams to reflect current conditions and requirements.
• Prepare asset-related summaries, track changes, validate requirements, and align information with planning needs.
