Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator

Agape of Appleton, Inc. is a nonprofit organization providing residential services and support to individuals with disabilities throughout the Fox Valley and Fond du Lac areas.

We are seeking a hands‑on, dependable Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance operations across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee maintenance operations for multiple group homes, residential facilities, and office locations
• Supervise and support a team of 3–4 maintenance staff
• Perform and coordinate repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs across all locations
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and facility improvement projects
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and maintenance records
• Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and project planning
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, licensing requirements, and organizational policies
• Travel between locations and participate in an on‑call rotation as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in building maintenance, facilities management, construction, or a related field
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong troubleshooting and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel between locations
• Ability to safely tow and maneuver trailers
• Experience with residential care, healthcare, or nonprofit organizations is a plus
