Trinity Christian Academy seeks a dependable Facilities & Janitorial Team Member to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and families. This full-time role supports daily operations and ministry of the school.

Responsibilities include cleaning classrooms and common areas, trash removal, restroom sanitation and restocking, with a focus on safety and upbeat campus upkeep. Join a Christ-centered community with a missions-minded team.

Qualifications

• Must perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, walking and standing for extended periods.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Must complete MinistrySafe Training upon hire.

This full‑time position is an important part of supporting the daily operations and ministry of our school.

Primary Responsibilities

• Cleaning classrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Restocking restroom supplies
• Assisting with general campus upkeep
• Performing additional facilities and custodial duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
