  • Assist with development of work requirements and scheduling with Procurement and customer.
  • Handle parcels/shipments and maintain break room inventory.
  • Perform monthly safety inspections and document results.
  • Identify and address basic building deficiencies and corrective actions.

The Opportunity

CACI seeks a talented professional providing an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Administrator for our MD facilities. This position provides daily facility operations support across multiple MD locations ensuring the sites are maintained, secure, and operationally effective in support of mission objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities located in the Maryland.
  • Coordinate, schedule and assist with repairs, maintenance and daily operational issues for various identified locations.
  • Monitor Preventive Maintenance programs to ensure vendor compliance related to contractual requirements, manufacturers, industry and company standards. Ensure supporting documentation is maintained as required by company requirements.
  • Escort vendors within facilities on repair and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate minor furniture moves/reconfigurations in support of customer requirements.
  • Assess problems and perform minor repairs to: appliances, office equipment, furniture, electrical, plumbing and mechanical services.
  • Support the Facilities Manager with the development of Statement of Work requirements for facility repairs, maintenance and special projects. Coordinate with Procurement and the customer for the scheduling of facility related repairs and projects.
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing parcels/shipments. Maintain adequate inventory levels in the break room areas.
  • Perform monthly fire extinguisher inspections, monthly AED inspections and quarterly ladder inspections. Document as required by manufacturer and company standards.
  • Identify basic building deficiencies and institute corrective action as required.
Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of facility administration experience.
  • Knowledgeable with building infrastructure systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance operation/functionality
  • Read and understand blueprints.
  • Knowledge in MS Office suite of software.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to communicate effectively to all levels of management.
  • Ability to utilize hand tools for various facility repairs.
  • Must be available to work on – call, after hours and weekend schedule
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
  • The clearance level required is dependent on the type of clearance supported by our client.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$39,400 - $68,300
