Silvus is seeking a Facilities Administrator to support the day‑to‑day facilities operations across our Southern California and Utah locations. This role will report to and work closely with the Office Manager to ensure all locations are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards. This position plays a key role in securing and coordinating vendors, maintaining facility readiness, supporting workplace operations, and assisting with ongoing projects and site expansions. The position is full‑time, on‑site daily, Monday through Friday, and is based at our headquarters in West Los Angeles, with occasional travel to other Southern California locations as needed. The following is a list of at least some of the current essential job functions of the position. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time at its discretion.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 4+ years of experience in facilities, office operations, workplace services, or a similar role. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Demonstrated ability to operate independently and as part of a team. Capability for critical thinking and problem‑solving. Experience using Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional travel among sites. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise sound judgment in a fast‑paced environment. Proactive and detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through. Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.
Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Exceptional time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Travel to other office locations. Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Walking/Moving around office and warehouse environments. Indoor air‑conditioned facility.
$34 - $35 / hourly #silvuscareers Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
