Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics is seeking a Clinical Educator to lead on-site AMI training at Allergan Training Centers. The role includes working with leadership to uphold training center policies and procedures, and ongoing learning through anatomy labs and hands-on training.

You will travel 50% to support clinical HCP education, deliver presentations, and collaborate across departments to ensure compliance and quality in training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Current, unencumbered NP/PA/RN license; prefer CA/GA/TX license.
• 3–5 years clinical experience with facial injectables.
• 3–5 years of clinical education experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver educational presentations to groups with measurable results.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Execute AMI training strategies for facial training sessions.
• Deliver presentations and clinical training during programs.
• Assess and optimize clinical workflows for efficiency.
• Travel to support clinical HCP educational engagement training programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to monitor and report clinical activities with AMI Training Centers.
• Participate in ongoing clinical training such as anatomy labs.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, EHS, Medical, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance to meet guidelines.
• Promote a safety-conscious work environment and good housekeeping.
• Assist in developing clinical content for training curricula.
