Responsibility

The Facebook Advertiser will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Facebook ad campaigns, including strategy development, execution, optimization, and performance analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, audience targeting, and performance metrics.

Core Functions

Campaign Creation and Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute Facebook advertising strategies to generate leads and appointments within KPI.
  • Create and set up Facebook ad campaigns, including ad creatives, copywriting, audience targeting, and budget allocation.

Campaign Management and Optimization

  • Monitor the performance of ad campaigns daily, making data-driven decisions to optimise for key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimise ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze campaign data to generate insights and prepare detailed performance reports for internal teams and clients.
  • Provide recommendations for campaign improvements and adjustments based on data analysis and market trends.

Continuous Improvement and Learning

  • Stay updated with the latest Facebook advertising features, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to refine ad designs and messaging for better engagement and conversions.

  • Works cohesively in a Delivery Team collaborating with all members to achieve team targets no matter what.
  • Understands all manuals related to the role and executes tasks effectively with those manuals.
  • Adapt quickly to changing marketing trends and technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest industry practices.
  • Work closely with the creative, and analytics teams to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in campaign performance, market conditions, and platform updates.
  • Use insights to inform campaign decisions and optimize performance.

Qualification

  • Proven experience in Facebook advertising, with a strong track record of managing successful ad campaigns.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, interpret key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Project management tools like Asana.
