Job summary

ADP, Inc., based in Brooklyn/NYC, is hiring Public Outreach fundraisers to engage the public about humanitarian and human-rights campaigns and to invite monthly donations. Training is provided, and teams operate across NYC with flexibility for full-time or part-time schedules.

You'll be outdoors, speaking with people, and supported by experienced leaders as you work toward fundraising goals. This is a paid, entry-friendly role with a guaranteed base pay of $20 per hour and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to commute to Brooklyn for training and NYC fundraising locations.
• Commit to at least 3 full shifts per week.
• Comfortable working outdoors and approaching strangers.
• Confident English communication and willingness to learn fundraising techniques.

Responsibilities

• Fundraise face-to-face with the public across NYC.
• Explain humanitarian and human-rights campaigns to potential donors.
• Encourage monthly donations and meet fundraising goals.
• Receive coaching and support from team leaders.
• Work with a team to achieve individual and collective targets.
